Day 3 of oil cleansing
So far so good. I have not started breaking out like I thought I would.
My cystic acne doesn't hurt at all. That is a huge positive.

Oil cleansing
Today is the first day of trying the oil cleansing method for me.
I know I am supposed to do it at night, but I am so dirty and oily that I am going to start it before my shower.

I mixed up a 25%/75% batch.
I can't wait to see the good results.

A little this, a little that
Please bow your head for a moment of silence. We lost one of the guinea pigs, Ash. She was too far gone for us to do anything but hold her as she died. I wasn't very close to her, but I held her as she took her last breath and it has caused a lot of nightmares.
I have made the first batch of garlic red skinned mashed potatoes. I took 6 cups of diced potatoes, seasoning to taste, half a stick of butter/margarine and about a cup of milk and mashed it all up with the Kitchen Aid. I scooped it all into ice cube trays, covered them with plastic wrap and placed them in the freezer. Once they are done freezing I will pop them out and place in ziplock baggies and start the whole thing again.
Looking out the window I saw a tree that was in full bud and yet covered with snow. Come on spring! I know you can do it.
